WHAT’S THE ROLE?
I am looking for a mid-weight integrated strategist with a focus on shopper and knowledge of digital and social commerce to work hand in hand with the wider strategy team. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit with creativity at the heart and an analytical mind – the left and right side of the brain working in unison.
The ideal candidate will have experience in bringing to life an idea across the path to purchase; building activation strategies and consumer journeys across all channels.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
- Day-to-day campaign planning for high-profile dynamic accounts
- Search, interrogate and analyse consumer, shopper, market and platform data and translate it into coherent strategy
- Write compelling creative briefs, ensuring that they generate and inspire the best possible work
- Partner closely with Creative leads to ensure our creative ideas translate into truly connected multi-channel experiences across on-trade, off trade, digital, social and experiential.
- Provides clarity of thought and communication; has the ability to land ideas
- 360 channel planning, campaign evaluation in integrated brand communication, brand activation, in-store and online - leverage insights from data to improve comms effectiveness
- Participate regularly in new business pitches and agency events; as well as contribute in building thought leadership
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- 4-6 years minimum experience as a strategist. Experience working on FMCG brands and/or consumer electronics is a plus.
- A deep and thorough knowledge in shopper with a clear understanding of the role of digital in today’s shopper journey and with a consistent record of having worked on and created integrated campaigns across multiple brands.
- An understanding of consumer and shopper behaviours across the path to purchase and general knowledge of other touchpoints eCommerce, social, experiential, TV, print, OOH and CRM.
- A sharp observer, able to see the big picture and produce clear, sharp, connected thinking, building strong arguments that lead to big ideas.
- Experience in leading projects and pitches from a planning perspective
- A team focused self-starter, who will get stuck in and possess a degree of pragmatism which is an inevitable requirement of a truly integrated agency.
- Confident in representing our strategic expertise with knowledge and intelligence to build long-term strategic plans
