Designer

For a large fashion brand in Amsterdam where looking for designers. 
The roles sit within their in house studio that creates content for a broad range of Business Units within the company.
 
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Ideate in the early stages of the project with other members of the creative team.
• Listen to and respond to briefs and question where there are gaps.
• Collaborate with the client and with various teams within company
• Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking.
• Be accountable for the project deliverables and manage the quality of all design deliverables to ensure they meet company standards for creative excellence. 
• Provide motion design for a wide range of visual communication.

 
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong experience across Adobe Creative Suite .
• Confident using After Effects.
• Proficient in branding design methodologies and design thinking.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
